Refund policy

ShopiCraft provides digital services (consultations, training, Shopify store builds, Shopify app development, and related professional services). Because we do not ship physical goods, this policy applies instead of a standard “returns” policy.
1) Consultations & Bookings
Refunds (48+ hours notice):
You may cancel for a full refund if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Rescheduling (24+ hours notice):
You may reschedule your booking free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late changes (less than 24 hours):
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
If you request to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, we will do our best to accommodate you, but this may incur a 25% administration fee and cannot be guaranteed (subject to availability).
No-shows:
If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, the booking is non-refundable.
If we cancel:
If we need to cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative time, you will receive a full refund.
2) Training (Workshops, Coaching, Sessions)
Refunds (48+ hours notice):
Refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the training start time (or before the first session in a multi-session package).
Short notice cancellations:
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, but it cannot be guaranteed.
After training begins / materials delivered:
Once training has started or any training materials have been delivered (including recordings, templates, documents, or access links), refunds are generally not available.
3) Project Services (Store Builds, App Development, Fixed Packages, Retainers)
Most project engagements require a 50% deposit to reserve capacity and begin work.
Before work starts:
If you cancel before any work has started, your deposit is refundable, minus any third-party costs already incurred (if applicable).
Once work starts:
Once work has started (for example: discovery, planning, design/dev setup, code work, milestone delivery, or any billable time logged), the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Cancellation mid-project:
You may cancel at any time by notifying us in writing. We will:
- Stop work as soon as reasonably possible, and
- Provide a summary of work completed to date.
We will invoice/retain payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any committed third-party costs (if applicable).
- If you have paid more than the value of completed work and committed costs, we will refund the difference.
- If you have paid less than the value of completed work and committed costs, you remain responsible for the outstanding balance.
Fixed-price packages:
For fixed-price packages, refunds follow the same principles above: once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable and any refund is based on the portion of work not yet delivered.
4) Service Credits (Alternative to Refunds)
In some cases, we may offer service credit instead of a cash refund. For example:
- If you prepaid for a set number of hours, unused hours may be rolled over to a future month (subject to availability and any agreed retainer terms).
Credit validity:
Service credits are non-transferable and valid for 3 months from the date they are issued.
5) Quality Issues & Resolution Process
If you believe we have not delivered the service as agreed, please contact us promptly at support@shopicraft.io. In most cases, we will first try to resolve issues by:
- Clarifying requirements
- Correcting mistakes, and/or
- Providing reasonable revisions where applicable.
Refunds for quality issues are assessed case-by-case after we’ve had a reasonable opportunity to resolve the problem.
6) Digital Deliverables (Files, Code, Documents, Recordings)
Some services include delivery of digital materials (documents, templates, code, recordings, audit reports, access links). Once delivered (or access is provided), the purchase is generally non-refundable.
7) EU/UK Consumer Rights (Digital Services)
If you are located in the EU or UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days for certain purchases.
For digital content and digital services, this right can be lost once:
- Performance of the service has begun with your consent, or
- Digital content has been delivered / access has been provided.
By purchasing services that begin within 14 days or requesting delivery/access within 14 days, you acknowledge that once service delivery begins or digital content is provided, you may lose your right to withdraw and receive a refund.
8) How to Request a Refund, Reschedule, or Help
To request a refund, reschedule, or raise an issue, email support@shopicraft.io with:
- Your order number,
- The service purchased
- The reason for your request.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
