Store Development - 5 Hours

With this package, we will allocate 5 hours to work on your store. The 5 hours are yours to use as you please. As an example, you may wish to use 2 hours this month, and then roll over the remaining 3 hours to the next month for additional work when you need us. 

We cannot roll over more than 10 hours onto the next month as we need to ensure our availability for all clients.

What do you offer?

Below are some examples of what we can offer within our time together. Depending on your needs we can focus on specific areas such as:

• Store migration to Shopify
• Existing store audit
• General setup of settings, including Shipping, Taxes, Store Policies, Payment Gateways
• Add, remove and update products
• Adjust themes and/or custom code to meet your requirements
• Set up of collections, tagging, metafields or anything else you require for efficiency
• Installation of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel etc.
• General set up of Instagram & Facebook, Google & YouTube, TikTok channels (you may need to work with a marketing expert for additional support)
• Anything else required to launch your store!
• 1:1 calls to walk you through changes, edits and general use of Shopify as needed

Can I purchase more than 5 hours in one go?

Yes, however we would recommend you contact us first before making a purchase to ensure our availability and to discuss your requirements. Additionally, remember that we cannot roll over more than 10 hours to future months, so if you plan to purchase more than 10 hours, make sure you'd like to use them this month!

What themes do you work with?

In general, we can work with any theme. If you require a lot of customisation, we would recommend you select a theme from the Shopify Theme Store that closely matches your desired look and feel. If you decide to use a Free Shopify theme such as Dawn, note that there may be more custom coding required, which would in turn result in more hours of work being required, and additional costs to you. This is why we would generally recommend you pick a paid theme from Shopify.
